abstract intuitive art

Inspiration

Do you know how it feels when you are in the wave before it breaks?

ACRYLIC PAINT AND MORE

Acrylic paint allows me to experiment, I can play, apply flashy, bright colours in the first layers, using a wide variety of tools. Then I cover areas, uncover them again, conceal and reveal, and experience how the paintings grow organically in the process.

OIL PAINT

Only a small drop of pure oil paint contains a wide range of hues, depending on the degree of shadow and light. oil colours glow more than other media, it seems that the light reflected by the binding oil adds an extra portion of brilliance.

Process

In my sketchbooks I process my impressions, I follow lines, waves and points of light, I try out colour tones with pastels, pencils, charcoal, etc. and I also approach the essence with words. Writing intuitively, I get a sense of what wants to be expressed in the paintings.
